Returns & Exchanges

At Impressions Online Boutique, we want you to love your purchase, but if an item doesn't work out, we accept returns for store credit within 30 days of delivery. All returned items must be in their original, unworn condition with tags still attached to be eligible for a credit.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely package your items.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; please ensure the return is scanned within 7 days of generating the label.

• 4.
  Receive Store Credit

  After our warehouse inspects your return, we will issue an e-gift card to your email address within 5-7 business days.
